*These statements have been scientifically proven by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and authorized by the European Commission (EC)

Supplement Use:
In case of jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained with 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. In case of sleep disorders the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin close to bedtime.
