Yeti Juice pre workout recommended use:
Mix 1 Scoop (12g) with 300ml of cold water and consume 20 minutes before exercise. After you have assessed your tolerance, you can mix 2 Scoops with 500ml of cold water. Do NOT consume more than 2 Scoops in a 24 hours period. Do NOT consume within 4 hours of intended sleep.
