Ingredients: Methylsulfonylmethane, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anticking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.  Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, crustaceans, fish.

MSM Recommended Use: 1 serving (2 tablets) daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
