Chaos Crew Stim Head is a stimulant pre-workout, so not too surprisingly, its formula is loaded with stimulants. It has a combined total of just under 900 mg of stimulants. Chaos Crew have also included ingredients to aid performance, endurance and focus, a few more traditional ingredients in the mix such as caffeine, black pepper extract, tyrosine and beta-alanine. Beta Alanine - which plays an important role in the production of Carnosine in the body. Increasing Carnosine levels via Beta Alanine supplementation is shown to support a decrease in fatigue, coupled with an increase in workload and time to exhaustion.
L-Taurine which has also been shown to help endurance and can also volumize muscle size by drawing more fluid into the muscle cells.
L-Tyrosine Improves attention, focus and mood it is an amino acid that is a precursor to neurotransmitters. The benefit of L-Tyrosine will not only give you extra energy to push through a gruelling workout, but it will also help to increase concentration, and focus.
Tamarindus Indica Extract was included for its ability to manage oxidative stress as well as its ability to move glycogen into the muscles. Along with this glycogen the body stores water with it which helps the muscle look full and engorged.

Supplement Use of Chaos Crew Stim Head Preworkout:
WARNING! START WITH HALF A SCOOP. Assess your tolerance first by mixing ½ serving (1/2 scoop) OR LESS WITH 400ML of cold water and consuming it about 30 minutes prior to exercise on training days. Once tolerance has been assessed can increase dosage to 1 serve (1 scoop) in 400ml of cold water before working out. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. DO NOT EXCEED 1 SCOOP PER DAY.
